English Tours of Freiburg!

The tour is between 1hr45m to 2 hours. Time variation is due to crowded areas and the walking speed of our visitors.

All sites on the tour are passing by. We do not enter the sites.

You meet your Guide and other participants by the fountain on Rathausplatz, near the Tourist Information Office. Please check your email or WhatsApp for a message with a map link.

It is a good idea to bring water with you. During warmer months, there are several fountains where you can refill your water along the way. There are also shops and cafes, please inform the Guide if you're stopping.

Please dress for the weather. If it's cold, please wear warmer clothes and jackets/coats. If it's warm/hot, please wear lighter clothing and bring water with you.

The ticket is only for the tour. The tour doesn't enter any sites. Entry to sites, such as the Freiburg Cathedral Tower, is not included.

Our public tours have multiple groups and are often joined by families with children. Alcohol and/or drugs are not allowed on the tour.

Freiburg's Old City area has uneven pavement, streets, sidewalks and walking areas. Several areas are difficult to navigate for wheelchair users.

Friendly dogs are always welcome on the tour. From May - August, small children often join our tours.
