About this event
- Event lasts 3 hours
Sensoria is a co-created experience of seven sessions, where participants look into the interoceptive and exteroceptive systems of the human body. It is a 3 hour monthly workshop dedicated to the exploration of how we sense and make sense of the world.
From the primal instincts of smell and taste to the complex balance of proprioception and the vestibular system, Sensoria invites participants to deepen their awareness of perception and by bridging diverse knowledge systems, we open new ways of understanding embodiment, connection, and the profound dynamic interaction between self and environment.
